Jessamine Cottage is a fully restored former fisherman's cottage located in the heart of West Looe. The cottage dates back some 300 years and is arranged over 3 floors and is perfect for both smaller and larger families alike as well as couples.

Whilst renovation work was carried out in 2017, the house has retained much of its original character and, in fact, regained some charm as previously hidden fireplaces have been rediscovered.

Jessamine Cottage is arranged over three floors with two lovely double bedrooms and a single located on the top floor.

A comfortable living room, entrance hallway and bunk room are located on the middle floor along with a compact and perfectly formed bathroom and wc.

A wonderful fitted kitchen and dining room are located downstairs on the lower ground level. The kitchen includes a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, compact dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The dining room has a large farmhouse table and traditional spindle-back chairs. There is also a collection of books and television.

Jessamine is equipped to a very high standard including quality bed linen and towels and guests will appreciate the attention to detail.

The house has the benefit of wi-fi broadband and an allocated parking space in the Millpool carpark which is a 5 - 7 minute walk way. There is a layby opposite the house that can be used for unloading and loading or alternatively nearby short-term parking is normally available close to the Jolly Sailor pub or on the quayside.

• Availability: Weekly bookings usually have a Saturday changeover and short breaks are available for most of the year.
